How do I return an item?
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email email@example.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Any packages returned without a RMA will be returned to sender. Return shipments must be received by us within 14 days from the date we issue a RMA. Splash Products is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We recommend you insure and purchase tracking for all returns.
The returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging and returned in the same condition it was shipped, including all packaging materials, accessories, and documentation. Returned items must be packaged appropriately to avoid damage in transit. Splash Products will at its discretion replace the unit and re-ship at no additional charge.
We offer a 90 day limited warranty on all our products.
Our products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse of the product. Any physical or water damage to an item immediately voids the warranty on the item. We do not provide a warranty on screen protectors or other films for devices. Splash Products will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of a product.
Product replacements are only covered by the warranty of initial purchase and do not extend the length of warranty. If there is any problem with a warranty replacement, the customer must return the replacement to Splash Products to receive an additional replacement.
