How do I return an item?

RETURN POLICY:

  • You may return any item purchased from us for any reason within the first thirty (30) days from order date
  • If you wish to return an item after 30 days, we may, at our discretion, agree to replace the item. We are unable to offer a refund after the 30-day period.
  • If an item has suffered physical or water damage, it immediately voids all warranty and we are unable to accept a return for the item
  • Refunds are given for the item price. We do not refund shipping costs. If we offered free shipping on your order, actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • No restocking fee applies as long as items are returned with all contents and in undamaged condition

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email support@splashproducts.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Any packages returned without a RMA will be returned to sender. Return shipments must be received by us within 14 days from the date we issue a RMA. Splash Products is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We recommend you insure and purchase tracking for all returns.

The returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging and returned in the same condition it was shipped, including all packaging materials, accessories, and documentation. Returned items must be packaged appropriately to avoid damage in transit. Splash Products will at its discretion replace the unit and re-ship at no additional charge.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order ships from our fulfillment center, we will send you an email with tracking information for the shipment.
